Originally from Chicago, I relocated to Florida for work purposes in 2014.
I am an exercise/fitness enthusiast (MMA, strongman, running), love living on the water in Tampa and live to travel
A committed member of the 5 am club, I have a relentless work ethic, literally wrote the book on time management, and am in constant pursuit of self-improvement.
To that end, I am consistently studying sales, learning new presentation technology (like Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote) and the latest recruiting techniques (Sprint Recruiting) to remain a competitive force in my field.

I have a great deal of experience in Business Development & Leadership, and am a consummate out-of-the box thinker & practitioner with respect to both.
My record of success in Business Development includes prospecting & signing of small to large firms in a broad range of industries including Financial, Construction, Manufacturing, Legal & Technology. I have a wealth of experience at tradeshows & working industry events, as well.
In the Recruiting world, I have served as a Recruiter & Team Manager, both in an Agency, Staffing & Corporate context (Full Cycle/Full Desk). As a Team Manager, I practice Sprint Recruiting, a methodology that reduces the hiring cycle by avg 35%. The majority of my recruiting has involved IT, Financial, Sales, Logistics & Industrial
I believe that in both Talent Acquisition & Business Development, you need to transcend the limited tactics of the rest of the field to connect with high-level decision makers to succeed. This is why I utilize unique tech & tactics that will best allow me to make direct & impactful contact with individuals & companies

MY EXPERIENCE
Upon graduating from Northern Illinois University, I jumped into the mortgage industry, where I began relentlessly cold-calling Accountants, Attorneys, Homebuilders and Realtors, ultimately establishing a substantial network of referral business.
I eventually rose to rank of VP of Residential Lending. This position involved a great deal of leadership, sales & business development, in addition to both recruiting & training.
FF to today, I have successfully directed numerous teams and trained individuals/teams in a variety of BusDev & Sales- related contexts.
